In this article it discuess how FaceBook founder Mark Zuckerberg has one rule when hiring new staff. He would only hire them if he was willing to work for that member of staff. He makes sure that he is hiring staff he would be able to work with them if they were his boss. This is a different approach when hiring staff as it's usually taken into consideration whether a candidate posses key skills & roles. Not if they can manage a whole company.
